Summit Training Source customer, Rockford Construction, located in West Michigan, has earned the Platinum level of Associated Builder's and Contractors Safety Training & Evaluation Process programs. The STEP program provides organizations with the opportunity to measure their safety program's progress from year-to-year and determine how it compares to the programs of other ABC members. At its core, STEP remains a way for ABC members to build upon their long-term safety performance and training efforts. The platinum level is the highest achievement within the step program. Platinum level organizations' incidence rates, DART rates and EMRs are significantly below the national averages.
